Payment links — 2%, capped at R5
When a client pays you through your IBIS payment link, we take 2% of the payment, never more than R5 — on top of the card gateway's own transaction fee, which is theirs, not ours. A R10,000 invoice still costs you R5.
Everything else — quotes, invoices, the books, the community — carries no transaction fee at all.

Two things we'd rather say plainly than in small print. R10 000 is below what it will cost us to serve you for life — this is a founding covenant underwritten by the members who come after you, not a discount. And “lifetime” has a real definition: your own lifetime, plus one transfer to a single named heir, ending with theirs. Every rand is held as a funded obligation to serve you — never booked as day-one revenue.

Our money comes from one per-company subscription that tracks the size of your team — never how hard you use the product — a rebate that active businesses earn back, a small capped fee at the one place IBIS moves real money for you, and premium help you actually choose — coaching, consulting, a “rent a CEO for a day”. Never from trapping someone who's trying to do the right thing, and never from quietly bending the rules: the compliance trail can't be edited, not even by us.
